Born in Bakırköy, Istanbul in 1995, Dr. Selen Tüccar Harput completed her dental education at Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Dentistry, where she earned a full scholarship, and graduated second in her class in 2020.
After graduation, she worked as a general dentist in various clinics and hospitals for two years, gaining experience in different clinical cases during this period. She then began a doctoral program in Endodontics at her alma mater, continuing her academic and clinical work in this field.
Focusing particularly on advanced endodontic treatments such as vital pulp therapy, root canal treatment in teeth with lesions, and retreatment (re-root canal treatment), our dentist also has various training and certifications in the fields of cosmetic dentistry, bonding, and composite laminate applications.
Supporting her professional development with international training, Dr. Harput is continuing her master’s program in Oral Implantology at the Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences in Italy to improve her surgical skills.
A married mother of one, dentist Selen Tüccar Harput enjoys traveling with her family, dancing, and attending the theater in her time outside of clinical work.
